The Head Cook and Assistant Cooks are responsible for the overall supervision of the kitchen. Kitchen Aides assist with preparation for meals and clean up of the kitchen/bakery. The Dining Room Supervisor is responsible for overall supervision of the Dining Room Aides and the total operation of the Dining Room. Dining Room/Camp Aides assist with preparation/serving of meals and clean up afterwards. Dining Room/Camp Aides also are assigned to help in other departments and camp activities.
