Taylor serves as Bay Cliff’s Children’s Services Director. She provides training and ongoing support for all of Bay Cliff’s counseling and unit leadership staff who serve children living with disabilities. She also reviews camper applications and determines eligibility for camp. Before working at Bay Cliff full-time, she previously worked as a Counselor in 2019 and Unit Leader in 2022, where she gained invaluable experience working with children, families, and other healthcare professionals. Taylor first heard of Bay Cliff from a family friend and fell in love with the amazing community that is created here. Before her first summer at Bay Cliff even came to an end, she knew she wanted to return. Now, she is happy to continue creating welcoming communities for those who come to Bay Cliff!
