Ryan is the Camp Director at Bay Cliff, providing supervision and oversight of all aspects of Bay Cliff’s programming. Ryan’s background is in education, and he has spent time in classrooms with a wide range of students. He worked at Bay Cliff for the first time as a Counselor in 2022, where he fell in love with Bay Cliff and the kiddos who come to camp each year. He loved the environment created at camp for both campers and staff, so when he had the chance to return to Bay Cliff in a full-time role as the Program Director, he jumped at the opportunity. After two summers, he moved into the Camp Director role, where he gets to work alongside an amazing staff, dedicated to providing all who come to camp with the same sense of magic he felt the first time he came through those gates.
