Clare is Bay Cliff’s Executive Director. She supervises all the year-round staff and in conjunction with a Board of Directors, she develops and oversees the policies and procedures that are utilized throughout the year. She manages the annual budget, secures operational and program funding, and ensures the quality of services and the safety of the Bay Cliff community.  Overall, Clare facilitates and implements the structures that allow Bay Cliff to continue to be a place that improves the lives of our campers and staff. As a life-long public educator, Clare is thrilled to be able to continue her work with children while embracing the beautiful wilds of the Upper Peninsula that surround Bay Cliff Health Camp!  Kids! The outdoors! Fabulous.
