Karl grew up in the Iron Range of Minnesota. In 2015, Karl moved to the Upper Peninsula, where he lives with his wife and daughter in Big Bay. Karl joined the Bay Cliff family in 2020, and brings with him a wealth of grounds and maintenance experience.

Karl is the Maintenance Supervisor Assistant at Bay Cliff. He assists in making sure all of the buildings and facilities at camp are running at their best. He helps set up for programs year round, and ensures that campers experience the highest quality of lodging and amenities while at Bay Cliff.
