Taylor Burgos
Childrens Services Director
Taylor grew up downstate in Canton Michigan. She went to Northern Michigan University where she graduated with a BS in Psychology in 2022. She worked at Bay Cliff in 2019 as a camp Counselor in Unit 1, and in 2022 as a Unit 1 Unit Leader. She also has experience working with adults with disabilities, working as a direct care worker, and also as a Counselor during Bay Cliff’s U.P. Rec Camp in 2022. Taylor enjoys hiking, swimming in the lake, and is excited to be at Bay Cliff year round now.
Roles & Responsibilities
Taylor is the Children’s Services Director. She is responsible for training staff in behavior management techniques. She provides support during summer camp to Counselors and Unit Leaders, and works directly with campers with behavioral challenges.
