Olivia serves as the Children’s Services Director, supporting the planning and coordination of camp programming while working closely with campers, families, and staff. She is a licensed social worker and holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in social work from Northern Michigan University, bringing professional experience in foster care, juvenile justice, and school-based social work in special education. Olivia first came to Bay Cliff in 2012 as a high school student, working as a Hopper in the Big House. Over the years, she returned to camp in a variety of summer roles, including Unit 1 counselor and Unit 1 Unit Leader. She credits Bay Cliff with shaping her early career and continuing to influence her commitment to advocacy and therapeutic intervention. Olivia joined Bay Cliff full-time in 2026 and feels fortunate to work with a team that helps campers experience inclusion, independence, and growth throughout their time at camp.
